Trucell successfully deployed a dozen HP Business Workstations and All-In-One Terminals tailored for reception, reporting, and clinical workflows.
Network Fortification and enhanced Protection
For Baulkham Hills Radiology’s Network, we implemented a Fortinet High Availability Network Stack synchronized with Trucell’s Hosted FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer. The WiFi network was designed and installed using FortiAP technology. We also installed Ubiquiti Unifi Protect Camera Systems for security to further fortify and protect their network.
Management System Software
To meet the radiology practice’s critical needs, we deployed Voyager RIS and PACS systems, both on-premise and in the cloud through Ripple Networks, ensuring high availability and uptime. We also sourced and set up LG Diagnostic Monitors for accurate medical imaging,
Reliable Internet and VoIP Phone System
Installed a 3CX phone system paired with Ripple Networks SIP Trunk for streamlined communications. We also arranged Fibre 1000 and NBN backup services for optimal connectivity and redundancy.
Trucell’s Proactive IT Solutions
Key to this project was our proactive IT management. Trucell oversee desktops, servers, printers, and network infrastructure while also managing the integration of medical modalities. We designed the network segmentation and security policies, calibrated diagnostic monitors with LG, and created standardized Windows images complete with automated firmware update tools.
