Brother

Brother is one of the print and document-capture platforms Trucell sources, deploys, and supports for Australian organisations that need reliable workflow throughput without enterprise-MPS overhead. Brother fits clinic reception, allied-health practices, legal-services back-office, and any operation where document capture and routine print volume are part of the daily operations rather than a strategic platform decision.

Common Brother lines we deploy: ADS-series document scanners (ADS-2700W, ADS-3300W, ADS-4000-series) for high-volume scan-to-folder, scan-to-Microsoft 365, and scan-to-email workflows; MFC-series multifunction printers for mid-volume office workgroups; HL-series mono and colour laser printers for desk-side and shared workgroup placement; DCP-series compact multifunctions for reception and back-office desks; QL-series label printers for clinic patient labelling, asset tagging, and small-format dispatch labels; and PT-series industrial label printers for cable identification and infrastructure labelling.

What Trucell does on top of the hardware: print-driver baseline through Intune or NinjaOne deployment, scan-to-folder paths that respect your network share or SharePoint Online site structure, scan-to-Microsoft 365 (mailbox) configuration with OAuth where SMTP relay is restricted, secure-print release patterns where the customer wants pull-print on shared devices, and warranty escalation routing into Trucell IT support so device incidents do not stall in vendor queues.

Brother fits beside HP and Canon print devices in mixed estates. Trucell consolidates procurement, driver management, and lifecycle reporting so the fleet view stays one pane of glass across vendors rather than three separate manufacturer portals.
