Palo Alto Networks
Palo Alto Networks is the security platform Trucell deploys when organisations standardise on Palo Alto for perimeter, segmentation, SASE, or cloud workload protection, often where reference architectures or sector requirements call out Palo Alto specifically.
The platforms we design and run: PA-Series next-generation firewalls for branch and data centre perimeter, VM-Series virtual firewalls for Azure and AWS VPCs, Prisma Access (SASE) for remote-user and branch-to-cloud secure access, Prisma Cloud for cloud-native security posture management and workload protection across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, and Cortex XDR or Cortex XSIAM where customers want a unified detection and response stack with Palo Alto telemetry.
Trucell handles the engineering most procurement scopes miss: HA pair sizing for your traffic and SSL decryption load, App-ID and User-ID policy build aligned to your business apps and Entra ID groups, threat prevention and URL filtering tuning so the firewall is not a noise generator, GlobalProtect rollout for remote workforce, certificate management, scheduled PAN-OS upgrades with change windows, and Panorama or Strata Cloud Manager operations.
Delivery sits inside the rest of the managed estate: switching on Cisco, Juniper, or Aruba, wireless on Cisco Meraki or Mist, identity on Entra ID, backup and recovery on Veeam or Datto, and ISO 27001:2022 governed run-state. The Palo Alto perimeter is one part of the runbook rather than a standalone silo, so incident response and tender evidence stay coherent.
